SHIPPING:

We ship via USPS mail. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of when it is received and you will be notified by email with a tracking #.

Shipping rates are designated by weight.

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in the delivery process. 

Mama Vida Shop LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages.  If you have an issue with a lost, stolen, or undeliverable package, please contact USPS to file a claim. Mama Vida Shop LLC is not responsible once your order has been checked into the USPS system. 

We also do not have additional insight on the status of your package once USPS has it. We see the same thing you do via tracking information.
